How Does it Work? My 4 Step Process
Step 1: Discovery & Planning
After sending an enquiry, I’ll set up a discovery call. This is a free, no-obligation chat where we discuss your business website goals, audience and vision. After the call, I’ll review what’s been discussed and then will send you a personalised project proposal and agreement.
If you’re happy with the proposal and agreement, I’ll ask you to sign both documents and then pay a deposit to secure your slot in my calendar.
Step 2: Content & Design
It’s now time to get the ball rolling! I’ll start to build the bare bones of your website structure and navigation. Meanwhile, you will receive a checklist of any materials I’ll need from you e.g. logo, copy, images.
Once I have your content, I’ll start to build out your site. My websites are built using WordPress and best practices, making sure it’s user-friendly, goal aligned and mobile responsive.
Step 3: Feedback & Revisions
Once the first version of your website is ready, you now get to review it!
Based on your review, you can request any changes you’d like. I’ll then refine the design, functionality, colours etc based on your feedback to make sure everything is as expected. The amount of revision rounds depend on the website package you select.
Step 4: Launch & Handover
Once the revisions are completed, your website is ready to go live! After paying the remaining fee, I will transfer your site from staging to launch.
From here, you will receive a complete handover, including any logins, along with any support and assistance you may need with using your new website.

How much does a website cost?
I offer clear, transparent pricing with my website packages, starting at £350. The “from” takes into account any additional charges for optional add-ons, extra website pages etc.
How long until I receive my website?
Most websites take between 2-4 weeks to complete. However, the time will vary depending on the project scope and how quickly you can provide necessary content (e.g. images, text) and feedback.
Will I be able to access and edit the website myself?
Yes, you will have 100% access to your website content, and I will give you login details and show you a brief overview on how to manage your WordPress website.
Do you offer domain and hosting?
All my website packages include a free .co.uk domain name for the first year. Along with this, I offer WordPress Website Care Plans, at £35/per month or £350/per year. However, you can choose to host your website yourself.
What do I need to provide?
I will send you a simple checklist of everything I need including logo, brand assets, images, copy (page text). I encourage you write the copy yourself, since you know your business best. However, I can provide this if necessary at a small fee.
Do I need to update the website myself?
You can update your website yourself since you have complete access. However, to avoid hassle, time, effort (and potentially breaking your website), I offer WordPress Website Care Plans, which includes hosting, updates, backups and on-going website support. You can learn about it more here.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are made via bank transfer. The project starts with a 50% upfront payment and the final 50% is due upon completion before handing over your website. For larger or custom website projects, payments are broken down into smaller instalments.
Do you offer shop functionality?
Yes! I primarily specialise in brochure-style, informational websites but I can build eCommerce functionality using WooCommerce. This is quoted separately as an additional cost. Price varies depending on the project scope e.g. how many products, payment and delivery options, etc.
How can I guarantee our project will be a success?
Feedback and good communication is vital to a successful project. A private staging site will be available at all times, for you to check progress and let me know what you think as the projects moves along. The quicker you can get feedback to me, the quicker the site will be finished.
